Villa de 200m² située en hauteur sur la colline qui surplombe Salou et la plage de La Pineda (plage à 1500m), avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur la mer, le golf, Port Aventura et la montagne. De plus, ce chalet est divisé en deux habitations:

Etage : Avec 2 chambres à 3 places et 2 chambres à 2 places chacune, 2 salles de bain, une grande cuisine, un salon avec cheminée qui sert aussi de salle à manger, jardin et climatisation.

Rez de chaussée: deux pièces dont une avec lit double et un lit simple, la deuxième avec un lit double, cuisine américaine, salon/salle à manger avec un lit simple, salle de bain avec toilettes, terrasse et jardin.

Au total, le chalet peut accueillir 17 personnes. Possibilité d’accès à la piscine communautaire (à 300m).

Villa situated on the top of the hill overlooking Salou and La Pineda’s beach (beach 1500m), with a large balcony with amazing views to the sea, Port aventura, the mountain the golf course. In addition, this cottage is divided into two living areas:

First floor: With 4 rooms (2 for 3 people and 2 for 2 people), 2 bathroom, large kitchen, living room with chimney that also serves as a dining room, garden and air conditioning.

Ground floor: the first room with one double bed and one simple bed, the second one with a double bed, kitchen, a lounge with sofa-bed, 1 bathroom, terrace and garden.

Fully booked, this villa can host 17 people. It also has access to the community pool (300m).

Chalet de 200m² situado en lo alto de la colina que domina Salou y la playa de La Pineda (playa a 1500m), con una gran terraza con vistas al mar, Port aventura, la montaña y al campo de golf. Además, esta casa está dividida en dos viviendas:

Primera planta: Contiene 4 habitaciones (2 para tres personas y 2 para 2 personas), 2 baños, cocina amplia, salón con chimenea, que también sirve como comedor, jardín y aire acondicionado.

Planta baja: Contiene una instancia con una cama doble y una cama pequeña y otra instancia con cama doble cocina americana, cuarto de baño, un salón con banqueta, terraza y jardin.

El chalet puede alojar hasta 17 personas. Acceso a la piscina comunitaria (a 300m).
